Jianzhong Zhu

Biography

Rev. Dr. Paul Zhu was born and raised in Zhejiang, China. He came to faith and was baptized in Hangzhou in 1998, and responded to God’s call to full-time ministry in 2005, serving in pastoral ministry in Wenzhou. In 2009, he moved to Hong Kong for theological training and completed a Doctor of Theology (D.Th.) degree in 2017. Over the years, Dr. Zhu has been deeply involved in pastoral ministry, theological education and research, as well as mission and evangelism. In 2022, he moved to the United States with his wife and two daughters, continuing his commitment to serving God’s kingdom. He currently serves as adjunct faculty at Carey Theological College. He is passionate about helping students grow deeper in God’s Word and equipping them to serve the church more effectively.
