Carey Hall 是卑詩大學校園內的克里威廉神學院及學生宿舍的母組織，由卑詩省浸信會公會創立。1975年訂立歸屬協議，將Carey Hall歸入加西浸聯會事工。

本院在1959年由卑詩省依據Carey Hall法案成立，並於1960年夏天開始營運，為42位卑詩大學男學生提供住宿，並見證基督信仰。為設立研究所之故，於1975年成立基金會，進而於1980年6月成立浸信會研究學院。Carey 學生宿舍於1985年起招收女生，並持續為卑詩大學學生提供基督群體。當時該學院提供研究所、博士班和推廣教育課程。

1991年，神學院和學生宿舍分離為獨立機構，並更名為克里威廉神學院（Carey Theological College）以及克里威廉中心（Carey Centre）。克里威廉學院（Carey Institute）於2006年成立，為渴望接受神學教育、學習領導，但無法按傳統方式攻讀學位的信徒提供不同的學習方式。克里威廉學院舉辦工作坊、研討會、座談會、技能訓練、宣教體驗、媒體發表活動，並提供傳統授課模式和針對不同文化而設計的神學教育，以裝備靈命成熟的基督徒，在全職事奉和平信徒事奉中，整合神學實踐與日常生活。

我們的四大價值

聖經

我們高舉新舊約聖經，視之為神所默示之信仰、敬拜、門徒培訓的根基。Carey 委身於聖經之研讀、詮釋以及宣講。

耶穌

耶穌基督是神的獨生子，與聖父和聖靈共享團契。惟有耶穌基督是救主和主，能帶來救贖，配得一切敬拜和信靠。本院在個人和群體之層面，均委身於耶穌基督，與祂建立個人關係。

使命

大使命就是宣揚神透過基督提供給全人類的救贖恩典，並呼召所有跟隨耶穌的人作門徒、信實地跟隨主。宣教是神的工作，而神邀請我們參與其中。我們的核心信念就是去教導眾人、為他們施洗。

教會

教會是基督的肢體，由聖靈召聚來敬拜、服事、團契、作見證。教會向所有相信基督是救主和主並且渴望以配得福音的方式生活的人開放。本院和教會一同聆聽耶穌的教導，要愛主我們的神，還要愛人如己。

信仰宣言

我們全然接受神透過新舊約經文的啟示，並認信當中闡述之信仰。我們在此宣認以下教義，這些教義對理解並宣揚福音和實踐基督徒生活至關重要：CBWC Identity Statement.

We are a Spirit-led, multicultural community, united in seeking the Father’s will and celebrating God’s work among us. Together, we participate in God’s mission locally and globally as disciples of Christ in word and deed.

Standing within the historic orthodox understanding of Church and Scripture and the Baptist heritage, we wholeheartedly embrace the revelation of God in the Old and New Testaments. We explicitly affirm:

神：父、子、聖靈的主權和愛以及恩典，均彰顯於祂的創造、供給、啟示、救贖、乃至最後的審判中。
聖經為神所默示，完全可信，為一切信仰與行為之最高權威。
人的價值來自神的創造。自墮落後，人人陷入罪中。罪使人遠離神、使人受到咒詛。
主耶穌基督為全神和全人，乃神的兒子道成肉身。惟有透過耶穌在十架上的代贖，才能脫離罪咎、刑罰和罪的權勢。
因著神的恩典，罪人藉著基督被釘十字架並從死裡復活，而得著稱義。
聖靈在信徒裡面進行之光照、更新、內住、引導成聖的工作。
對教會的認識乃基於新約聖經的闡述和歷史上浸信會群體之理解。
盼望主耶穌基督親自以肉眼可見的方式再來，並期待信徒復活和永生。

We also affirm marriage as a publicly recognized lifelong covenant between a woman and a man, marked by loving faithfulness, mutual responsibility, and potential for procreation. This covenant reflects God’s relationship with His people and Christ’s relationship with His Church.

All Carey faculty, senior administrators, members of the Board of Administrators and Senate subscribe to Carey’s Doctrinal Statement and any the CBWC Assembly's Identity Statement, in writing on an annual basis.

Our History

Carey Hall was founded by the Convention of Baptist Churches of BC, as the organizing body for both Carey Theological College and the Carey student residence at the University of British Columbia. In 1975, Carey became a ministry of the Canadian Baptists of Western Canada (CBWC) through an affiliation agreement.

Established under the Carey Hall Act of 1959, Carey opened in 1960 as a Christian residence for 42 undergraduate men. Graduate theological education began in the 1970s, leading to the creation of a Baptist Graduate College in 1980. The residence became co-ed in 1985 and continued its mission to provide a supportive Christian environment for UBC students. Over time, Carey expanded to offer graduate, doctoral, and continuing education programs.

In 1991, the residence and college became separate entities—Carey Theological College and the Carey Centre. In 2006, the Carey Institute was launched to provide accessible, non-traditional theological and leadership training through workshops, courses, and contextualized learning opportunities.
