Description
APPL 801 is the first of two summative courses designed to fulfill the field education or practicum requirements and to bring a strong closure to the degree programs in professional ministry. Participants will engage practical ministry issues in a seminar setting, refining their theological integration skills, augmenting their pool of ministry resources, and cultivating peer relationships that will benefit them beyond graduation. APPL 801 focuses on personal dimensions and issues including calling, character and ethics, relationships, and emotional and spiritual maturity.

Meet the Instructor
Dale Dawson
Rev. Dr. Dale Dawson has pastored in Baptist churches in Ontario for over 35 years and has taught in many Canadian colleges and seminaries for more than 20 years. Dr. Dawson continues at Uxbridge Baptist Church, where he has served as Lead Pastor for over 18 years. He teaches a variety of courses in theology and pastoral studies. He is married with four adult children and four amazing grandchildren.
