FAQ

  • To apply, simply fill out the application form here. Please ensure you chose the correct tab for the program you wish to apply.

    Once transcripts and references have been received, application review process will take 2-4 weeks to complete.

    Should you encounter any issues with the online application, please feel free to email the Office of Student Life at Registrar@carey-edu.ca.
  • For access to Carey courses online (including Baptist Identity), you will need a UBC Campus Wide Login (CWL).

    To sign up:
    1. Go to CWL Signup

    2. Click Proceed to begin. Follow the prompts and select Affiliate Account.

    3. A confirmation email will be sent from UBC IT Services to confirm and verify your account.

    4. Send your CWL username to Carey's Office of Student Life by email at Registrar@carey-edu.ca so that you can be enrolled in your online course(s).

  • Carey is able to accept payments online, phone, or by mail.

    Option 1 - Online Payments
    • Follow the instructions here to pay using Populi, our student information system.

    Option 2 - Telephone Payment
    • Call our front desk at (604) 224-4308 or Toll Free at 1 (844) 862-2739.
    • Provide your name, credit card information and payment reason, i.e. "Transcript" or "Tuition" etc.

    Option 3 - Mail
    • Send a cheque through the mail to the Office of Student Life:

  • You may now access the Regent Library eResources by

    1. Click on Library (at the very top of the screen, in the black bar)
    2. Click Links
    3. Access John Richard Allison Library eResources
  • You can apply for payment plan here.  Enter your contact information on the first page and financial/payment information on the second page.
