About Carey Institute
Carey Institute seeks to creatively equip individuals, communities, and churches in their personal development, growth in ministry and journeys with Christ — wherever they live, work, and play.
The Institute is the birthplace of “initiatives” that form practical seminars, retreats, and church-based learning opportunities for the people of God. Some of the Institute’s initiatives have evolved into certificates and diplomas. These programs also serve as a foundation for those considering degree work through Carey Theological College.
Under the umbrella of the Carey Institute, people from all walks of life are participating in the engaging learning opportunities of the Centre for Worship Studies, Chinese Programs, Centre for Spiritual Formation, and our annual Summer School. These seminars, retreats and programs prepare men and women for ministry both in the church and daily life.
